User Friendliness just average

Just downloaded. User friendliness seems just average to me. Two negatives at this point: (1) So far, it will not save my club information ☹️. Don’t know if this is a bug or user error. (2) Since I am 75 with recent cataract surgery, it would be nice if it had an option for larger print and zooming the map. Having to carry reading glasses on the course is just one too many things. My Garmin watch has large enough fonts that allow me to leave my readers in the car. That is the reason I went to the Garmin watch and discarded my Garmin Approach G6. Will do a more thorough review after I use it on the course, unless I find it just too cumbersome and tedious to use.

Played over 40 rounds thus far using Hole19. Amazing experience and no complaints. Easy to use, fun to navigate, and lots of cool features! Way better than all other apps out there. Way better than 18Birdies.

Not very good no instructions and not intuitive

Tried to use this on the course last weekend. Had both my phone and watch. Tried to read the instructions before hand but they don’t really have any just short and unclear FAQs. Golf is exactly lightning speed but you need to be able to take you phone out get started with the app and track your score not spend 10 minutes trying to figure out how to use the app Don’t waste the money on premium until they have the bugs worked out. Also don’t bother with the support chat folks. They won’t help either. Good idea but very poor execution probably by people who have not spent much time golfing.

I want the easiest GPS to use when I’m out there and this perfectly fits the bill. I have never had one problem in 5 years of using it. Yardage’s have been spot on. I went to this when another gps I was using had glitches. Have never looked back

Incompatible with watch

I bought this app to use with my watch. After one round, I still can’t figure out how to use advanced scoring from the watch. All I could get was distances and a tracker which made no sense at all. Don’t waste your money if you are going to use this with your watch.

Now does work with iPhone X and Apple Watch

This is a great app. My only complaint is the time delay between the watch and the iPhone when inputting the strokes and putts and going to the next hole. Although now that I know what to expect I deal with it. But it would be a great improvement.

Would be nice if my “premium” subscription didn’t include ads

My course was flooded during Hurricane Harvey and the imagery that was on the app was from that time so I had no detail for the course (water everywhere). I asked the app customer service to update the imagery and within 4 days they had reloaded the imagery for my course. Fantastic service!!

Great App, watch functionality needs work

I like the app and I’m almost ready to get rid of my Garmin but the watch functionality is still not there after 1 use. The watch would not bring the scoring up quick enough for me to input score and putts. Thus I had to bring my phone out to enter those in many times. That kind of defeats the purpose of having the watch. The GPS worked great though.
