Support team never responds waste of money

After submitting two different tickets almost 3 days apart.I received a confirmation email, stating they would respond, but never did. in the ticket section they closed it as if the problem was solved having never asked what the problem was . There location does not work.

What an unprofessional disappointment ! On and off issues over the past 3 years....they can take more than 24 hours to return email. Thankfully have cancelled and moved on !

When you have to pay to be protected..that’s call calling 911 but before they come help you,you have to have a subscription.but apparently it’s a good app,(I wouldn’t know I’m not gonna pay for it lol) so you get 3 stars from me.
