Support team never responds waste of money – HMA Hotspot VPN & Proxy Review

After submitting two different tickets almost 3 days apart.I received a confirmation email, stating they would respond, but never did. in the ticket section they closed it as if the problem was solved having never asked what the problem was . There location does not work.
