Hard to justify a 4.6 rating when current customer experience is so poor. I have been playing here for a long time. Recently, overall experience has significantly deteriorated. I’m only rating as a 2 since I haven’t decided to completely delete and go somewhere else. It is apparent that your customers are telling you something. Hope you listen.

Frustrated at playing your games

I enjoyed playing the games especially with being stuck in quarantine but it is very frustrating to lose most of the time. I am getting very discouraged and getting ready to quit. It seems to favor the players who have a lot of coins to bet. Those you bet low because of their limited coins are penalized.

Why can’t I play more than 6 free games????

The only time you win anything substantial is if you buy an overpriced coin package. They control who wins. If you buy regularly then once your coins get low you don’t win because they think that you’ll spend more money. Don’t bother downloading. Someone should look into their shady practice.

My friends spins and coins received are few and far between. I played out my spins and coins last night about 9 PM it is now 12 noon the next day and my coins and spins say limit reached also your free or bonus spins are rigged. How many times can you end on the same amount. Yeah, I’m a little disappointed.

This is so fixed! The same bonuses all the time. It is like you are paying out the money from your own pocket when it is only points and not money at all! Ridiculous! Tanking a break from this game until things loosen up. Not a real casino for crying out loud!!

Without question the worst slot app out there. I did not think the game could get any worse, boy was I wrong. After the latest changes it has become unplayable. Leveling up is the equivalent of what I would imagine dying a slow painful death would be like. You lose the "free" coins they give you before you even reach level 10. I guess it is their way of getting people to buy coins to continue playing. Lol...never going to happen. If you can not even enjoy the game playing the few open games and lose coins before unlocking more games, who in their right mind would buy coins to continue to play. The game also malfunctions way too much. Constant interruptions and spins freeze or stick. Off to another slot app I go. I prefer to enjoy a game and relax versus get stressed and watch paint dry. I have a feeling many others will be following suit.
