I’ve spent well over 1000$ of my own money. Overall I’ve Been a loyal looser for at least 3 years. I bet big have for years & not once have I hit any big payouts. I understand it’s not real $ you win but it’s real $ that I’ve spent & lots of it!! Very disappointed I feel like I should be taken care of better!! It’s a tough job just getting by with 9 kids and a fat sow of a wife.
I find your games very expensive

I was sent an email from hit it rich for them to match 50% coin purchase. I bought the 35.99 package and replyed to them with My Zid number and purchase package as they requested and never got my credits. I sent emails to the support people but got no help.

The pros: awesome graphics, nice variety of games The cons: coin packages are too expensive and the games are too tight! I have been playing for years, approaching level 1,200. I can honestly say I can’t remember seeing the games being this stingy. And I am going to echo another user on here: the weekly race has to go. Being demoted gives you less coins to play, what sense does that make? It’s impossible to get promoted again when you don’t win squat after building up your coins. It’s no fun to lose your coins after a few spins and it’s unfair to expect people to pay out all this $ for coins to only lose them after less than five minutes.

I will be removing this app from my devices. It’s actually worse than going to a casino. When I make a purchase I would expect to be able to play a little on my money. I’d purchase the $99 package and my coins would be gone in less than an hour. Also I’ve been playing for over two years now and not once have I ever won any of the “activities/events”. I’m sad because I enjoy the games but I’m not getting my money’s worth. I’ll take my money to a real casino where I can win real money with what appears to be better odds

I'd rather not be a man, but I guess hit it rich has its say. So much money lost over Facebook alliances because of it. Update: Still cannot update my pic... and now that I placed this review, I have won nothing. I've been a faithful customer for over 10 years... you may want to think twice and just visit your local casino.
