I really do not like the low wheel spins we get. You can at least give us something that feels like a bonus. Also why do we have to go 10-12 spins before we get a spin then get only get a small amount

They took all the good games away and but bad ones in. I miss the Duck Dynasty one and the Wicked one, this was my favorite game but not anymore. Also too many ads.

Once upon a time about 10 years ago I loved Hititrich played almost daily became a loyalty lounge member and thought this game was amazing. I got sick and could not play as often I came back and luckily my manager restored all my status . I continued to play but could not spend what I did before because of my medical expenses. That’s when I realized HitItRich does not care for loyal players if you can’t spend endlessly your chances of winning are slim to none,if you get a way to win a loyalty lounge game assured you will never win a major jackpot. As a long time player I have made lots of friends and they all agree. Go to Lotsa Slots and you will rewarded for player loyalty something HitItRich knows nothing about. And the manager except Charmaine are a joke.

I HAD FINALLY WORKED MY COINS UP INTO THE MILLIONS AND ZYNGA THREW ME INTO A MAN’S ACCOUNT AND THREW ME OUT OF ‘MAUVE GLEN’! WASTED MY COINS! LOST IT ALL! LOST TRUST AS NO ONE RESPONDED OR TRIED TO FIX IT!

Have played for years. Spinning the wheel is awful. Always hits 5 or 6 mil. Almost never any higher. So it’s rigged. Not fun with the game lately. We want fair odds. Lots of bad reviews lately. Please work on it or you’re losing lots of players.

I really do enjoy playing and love the variety I just have to take issue with the amounts on the hourly wheel bonus. It is if anything consistent with the amounts one lands on. Usually it hits the 3.6or 3.8 million or the 6.6 to 6.8 million and all day today it has mostly landed on the 5.8 million. It would be nice if some of the larger amounts would hit a little more often.
