Technical problem

The book does not have hippo picture on all the page .the app does not work on all the pages.the page which does not have logo you won’t be able to see any animation or hear sound. The App just skip those pages And Jump to logo page. Waste of money. There must be the problem with the app.
Sound is too quiet to hear

My phone ringer is on and the volume on my phone is all the way up. The sound on the app is on. It is so quiet I hear it

It took me longer than usual to make it work. When I could see all the animations I wish I had spared myself the trouble.

This app was too hard to get started on the phone it would go back to the beginning back to the beginning and never showed you how to get the video or the book started to go through the ABC’s don’t like it will take off my phone for my granddaughter
Great idea but..

AR only every other page/letter, so it reads only half the book. Tracing letters is difficult, even for an adult.
Audio issues

A cool interactive app with books. However multiple books have no audio. I’ve tried to download the app several times with no luck. Only “I love my Mommy” worked (I also have Cinderella, ABC with Mickey, and 3 Little pigs).

The app seemed really cool, but it only worked with the cover and the last page. It had cute animation with those two pages, but it wasn’t worth the effort to download it for that to be it.
