Does not work consistent and can’t scan hippo. Works with one book doesn’t work with other books

Every alphabet not show in the Alphabet book

Hi guys, In your alphabet book, The hippo icon is on the right side page, So for example, for A And B A is on the left side and B is on the right side For C,D C is left and D is right, and so on. My problem on the AB pages, how ever I position the phone and scan the pages, only B comes to 4D AR, cannot get for A. And for CD only get D AR, cannot get C And for EF only F and not E, and so on until the UVW and XYZ 3 letter pages, That’s how ever I position the phone, The phones I use are iPhone 7+ and 6+. Is this intentional or is it because of something??? Dear Developer, Thanks for your reply . I will check it agin :)

No sound

Scanning everything works great, the animations pop up. But no sound comes out, no matter what volume my phone is set to. I went into the parents section and turned on the volume there by clicking the speaker icon, but to no avail. Pretty bummed the sound doesn’t work, otherwise my son likes it.

Can’t get it to do anything other than take a picture of the page or video. Nothing special happens for me. What am I doing wrong Ok I get that you scan only pages with hippo but all it does is allow me to take. Pic of the page or a video nothing else

Love the books

My 4yo loves the books — Red, Riding Hood, Goldilocks, ABCs and Velveteen Rabbit — but she gets frustrated when the pages aren’t interactive especially the ABCs. Only the letters with the Hippo work and she frets when I tell her that the left pages don’t work. Sigh. Any chance that this can be fixed/amended?

Problems with sound easy fix

I could not figure out the sound at first: turns out phone cannot be switched to silent. The app is a bit slow sometimes, but my daughter is mesmerized. As a developmental researcher specializing in children’s media, I don’t love the idea of turning book time into screen time, but you can’t deny the animations are super cute.

I would like the app better if it went through the pages on its own without the book. Once you scan the front of the book to prove it was purchased it would be easier if the app loaded all the other pages without needing to scan each individual page. Also if each letter had an interactive page not just every other letter.
