Lifesaver app. Basically WhatsApp for healthcare

BrainScientist007

Finally! Easy to communicate with colleagues, nurses, the ER, etc. Allows text, dictations & video calls for telemedicine. Also encrypted audio for calls while in the app. Just like WhatsApp but compliant. Invited all my nurses, colleagues, staff. Lifesaver app!

Cant get it to work

kloudy52

It gives a 404 error when inviting someone to the app. I cant sign in. It says it cannot change my password and when i try to resign in it tells me my email is already taken.

Not happy with latest update

I use this app to communicate with my psychologist and I rely on going back to old conversations we have had, so for the app to delete my conversations after 7 days is a hindrance to my therapy and I will no longer use the app.

Fix the bugs!

The app is very glitchy. My therapy team uses this to communicate about client needs. I often get notifications when no message has been sent by my coworkers. Some of the chat conversations completely disappear without warning. It may be HIPAA compliant, but it is very unreliable.

Glitchy

Wi Badger Mom

Their main gig is emergency readiness communications. No tech support unless you pay $2500+ per year for "upgrade" (same actual app just they don't delete your texts every 7 days). So poor tech support and glitchiness of free app. When I asked about the lack of features and upgrades was told that they bought this app from another company....very disappointing.

Ok, needs work

Aguy6

The overall premise of the app is great. However the phantom messages that constantly "ding" when there is no actual message sent/received is inconvenient when trying to care for patients. Constantly thinking your missing out on important information

Glitchy and not compliant with Hipaa regulations

Dino contemporary

The app is very glitchy, not closing out previous threads, showing that someone sent a message only when opening the app, several seconds delay between interfaces. Being unable to remove people from the thread is not Hipaa compliant, people can only remove themselves currently. Please update and address concerns.

New alert

Barristermd

Three ding alert is too much and annoying.

Ok overall

MDSpamPal

The new alert tone is awful. It would be nice if we could change it to other options. The photo function will only take a picture of half a page vertically, and the preview fails to show you what the final pic will look like.

Love the concept, need some adjustments!

Hipaabridge is handy at work to y’all to doctors but the program is glitchy, tends to lag and really needs an update! The notification tone is something that truly needs to be able to be personalized, especially the volume. The picture option only lets you take a partial picture and you have no idea what the other person sees on their end! Definitely needs some updating!
