Doesn't send alert when you get new chat message. So I'm missing messages. Account not recognized later in the day. Seems buggy and not user friendly.

This newest version works very well. Easy to use. I like being able to send audio messages instead of having to type. Video calls are very convenient too. I recommend.

Good idea but needs work

It's a nice idea to have a hippa compliant chat for signout. However, the execution is not great. The app is slow to notify me of new messages. Sometimes I don't get a signout until the next day. Also there is no ability to copy and paste. We can't just update the prior list and modify it. These are problems that should be easy to fix. I'd rather pay for improved functionality than have a free app with bugs.

Sign up barely works (it's not at all at the moment), the UI freezes up whenever you click half the buttons (multi threading guys!!).

No cumbersome passcode or several screen click throughs like most apps, this mirrors what we are used to using so it completely breaks the habit of texting PHI. You can tell this was designed by doctors for doctors. Our system looked at perfect serve, tiger text and a few others, but we chose Everbridge because of their reputation and size. we know they have the team work and grow with us in coming years, and Hipaabridge was just another element of their platform we already use and love today
