Spotty results. Currently I’m having issues with new staff members. New staff members install the app, yet remain invisible to other established users and other established users are invisible to them. I enjoy using the app with users with whom I am able to connect. The app is not yet ready for full use. I consider this a beta version.

They've made the interface work just like iMessage and FaceTime, so it's easy for doctors and patients alike. Seriously simple HIPAA compliance for the communications tools we're already using.

It is a text app without luster. There is no pinch to zoom. Have you ever tried to look at an attachment on an iPhone without zoom? Useless!!!! The previous version allowed zoom what happened?
Not able to download the app

The app is not functional. I keep receiving a '404 not found' error message after initial download. Have attempted to re-download the app multiple times; restart the phone multiple times. The support section does not provide a link to contact the developer. Very frustrating!!

"Frances asked if I would install it." The program seems to work pretty well, It would be nice to have the ability to call someone straight out, currently you have to start a texting thread with them before you can call them.

I have been using for a few months and have been pleased. I am hoping my hospital adds something like this system wide. Also check out the webpage version where you can login and send messages from desktop or laptop.

This app definitely needs an update to fix bugs. 1. There is no way to reset password if you forgot. I had to go to their website and call their customer service. 2. Every time my screen locks and I'm promoted to put in my pin, the conversation automatically scrolls ALL the way to the beginning
