Easy navigation and seamless bookings and check-ins. The digital key option is great when I am flying in late and want to skip the desk and go right to bed.

I use this great app regularly for checking point balances, making reservations and finding addresses for my stays. It's so much more convenient than using the browser on my smartphone. Awesome experience.
App not working! Deleted and reloaded and still not working

I am trying to make different reservations on the Hilton App on an iPad Pro. When I select an AARP, AAA, Or SENIOR rates, the APP only shows Commissionable rates and require me to enter Travel Agent Information to complete the reservation. The only way I can now make a reservation is to go to the Hilton website or call reservations. I tried calling technical support, but they only said they would report the issue. That was two days ago. This has happened trying to make reservations in Ireland and New Zealand.
