Never had a problem with this app. Have been able to successfully check-in, pick a room, and do all the things I need to. Hope they keep up the good work with catching bugs and giving out new features.

The Hilton Honours app doesn’t slow me to edit my reservation. The only way i could fix my reservation date was calling that motel.

Easy to search properties

This app makes it very easy to search and find Hilton properties. My only wishes are that you could request foam pillows and compare two or more properties side by side in the app.

I would give this app zero stars if I could. It keeps asking me for a travel agent number, even though I have never been a travel agent. After working with customer service for an hour we thought the problem was solved, but when I tried to use it again it started asking for that number again. Enough to make me quit doing business with Hilton.
