Awaiting a response and assistance from Hik-connect – Hik-Connect - for End user Review

I recently changed security cameras that this app supports. I currently have a need to view footage to identify a possible crime scene. This app is compromising my investigation. Not solid, constantly breaks up… bad internal programming? please someone contact me…. Still awaiting support.
