I LOVE MY HIDRATE!!

My boyfriend and I got one bottle each. We were truly skeptical about this but were willing to try it due to the fact we knew our water intake was incredibly low. For me personally, if I drank a bottle of water a day I would be surprised... it’s only been a week but I’m averaging 80oz a day (goal is usually around 65) and I feel great! My skin is also improving and it’s only been a week!! I’m addicted to this thing!! And fun to track him as well! On the road of trying to lead a healthier lifestyle, it isn’t so silly after all!!

Couldn’t even make it beyond the login screen. Just kept getting error messages saying I’m unable to login at this time. Contacted support. Made me do ridiculous steps to try and get the app working. Ending with “hit the reset password button”. Did that. Link doesn’t respond at all. Support leaves me with “I’ll contact the Devs to send you a reset password link anywhere between a few minutes or a few hours.” A few hours for a link?! Which it’s now been a day and still no link. I basically paid an outrageous amount of money for a plastic water bottle. Get your product working before you sell it!!! How is a login process beyond your dev team?!?! Pathetic.

This app in combination with the product have helped me to stay on track throughout the day to ensure I am drinking enough water. Sometimes it does need some time to pair but overall it does a good job and I am very satisfied with it!

While I was a little weary with the cost, it has been redeemed through their amazing customer service. Not only did I get an email shortly after I received the product to check on the order and if I had any issues, I also had someone call to check on it as well. Something that I felt was not an issue (considering a beat up water bottles, I had no problem with peeling and such on the bottle), they immediately said they would replace and make sure it is fine. Other emails were received making sure it was ok. Great company, great product. Highly recommend! And the app fits in just fine with the rest of the SOPs for this company. Awesome!

I drink so much more water now.

This bottle continues to help me drink more water, and with each app update it works better and better. The push reminders are my favorite and always give me that little nudge to take a sip when I’m forgetting. Would highly recommend.

Since the hidrate people have worked on the software the week of 7/23/18 it has functioned perfectly. GREAT JOB. This system is perfect and all should be using it!!!! I am a researcher and have clinically tested the program.... it is very accurate. Thank you...

Faulty Hidrate Spark

I received my Hidrate Spark and was able to set it up and get it all working quite easily. Before three months were up, the batteries were dead w/o much warning. The elastic band that connects the lid with the bottle, suddenly broke. I believe that is only necessary to make the lid "pop” open. I contacted the company and they sent me new batteries for my purple bottle, and at the same time as I got mine, I got my adult son a black one. I got replacement batteries for him and I got a whole new lid because of the.elastic band. Several months ago, it quit recording my water.The elastic band broke again also. I have emailed the company several times and always get a response but it’s the wrong one!! It’s basically start all over at the beginning and re-set it all up again. I can’t tell you how many times I have done that!!! I ended up getting super busy, then getting sick, and I haven’t got back to the company on this. I love the product, concept, how it is to drink out of, colors etc. I like the fact that the company answers you back quite quickly. I wish the bottle didn’t sweat so much! I like my water very cold and it doesn’t stay that way in Hidrate Spark because there is no insulation.It might not be possible and stay clear so we can see the flashing lights. I would hate to think how much this would cost if you added insulation! Lol I think that instead of working on new items and colors, you need to perfect the item that you have. When I pay over $50 for a water bottle, I expect that I am going to get a top-notch product. That is why I only gave 3 ⭐️. Improve the product breakdowns and I can write another review. The idea is great! I love to drink from it. It goes with me everywhere. I am so over straws and the wrinkles they caused on my upper lip.
