I recently had a stent in the hospital and they had to give me 3 bags of fluids before they could do IV antibiotics because I was so dehydrated. My body is so used to running on dehydration mode that it thinks keeping hydrated is torture. Thanks to this bottle and the app, I have a reminder to keep drinking because it’s good for me. It’s only day one of having this bottle and I feel like I’m drowning and have only met 33% of my goal. But as a natural born athlete, the competitor in me says #gameon, which is hopefully what I need to keep hydrated.

Great app when it is working and would rate it 5 stars but have to replace batteries every 9-11 days.
Persistent Reminders

I think would be great to include a glow option with persistent Reminders till you drink some water. I was thinking the bottle worked that way but I really think it would be useful for people but zero drinking habits or dehydration issues. Like me.
Doesn’t keep accurate tally

You lose toto when checking history. Main page says 60oz, jump to history and the total ounces drops. No clue what the trigger is for this, numbers lost seems to vary without a obvious connection. Told support in early June and was told it would be fixed in next app update. Never heard from them after. Checked in last night and was told of the new app release. I use auto update and was already using 2.0.8 & this is not fixed. The primary use of this bottle and app is to tally intake and that is failing.

The accuracy gets worse and worse over time! I’ve had my bottle for 6 weeks, have recalibrated multiple times (recommended every 2 weeks) and it’s always off!!!
Needs to be better at tracking water usage

I love the bottle but the app doesn’t track water usage and I have synced it up a coupled times. But I drink water and it doesn’t mark it. I drink the whole bottle of water and it only says I drank 6 oz. please fix or let me know if the bottle is the issue.

I’ve had the hidrate spark around 1 month. In that time it has never recorded my water consumption from the bottle accurately. I have tried recalibration the bottle nothing has worked. I drink a full bottle it will then sync to the app hours later in little minute by minute segments that do not add up to the full water I consumed. I have resorted to manually entering the data which totally makes this smart bottle pointless. A complete waste of money and a gimmick.

I love love love my hidrate bottles and this app BUT I wish there was some notification - whether email or in the app or even both - to tell me that my bottle’s battery is low (like Fitbit does). My battery has died several times now, having multiple bottles for over a year, and each time I lose data because I didn’t know and didn’t notice that the battery had died until two or three days afterwards. I love the bottles and the concept and the app but I wish there was a better or an easier way for someone who isn’t always on top of things to keep track of the battery level. Thanks for your hard work!!!
