I love this water bottle & the app! I have the spark 3 which is amazingly better than the first one I had. I’m totally forgetful & this has helped me remember to drink my share of water and stay healthy. I’m trying to lose weight and take care of my skin so I’m glad I have it. At first I had a hard time syncing but I just redownloaded the app & everything works fine

Daily goal keeps resetting

Daily goal has reset itself twice in the past week. I’m very unhappy, although my Fitbit app is keeping the right amount, the Hidrate app is restarting and showing that I’m 20 oz. short. I don’t know what to do. I would like a new bottle or a refund. Please help me out

I loved the concept and can appreciate the balance the manufacturer must make in delivering a product at good price point. The functionality is great but the quality of the bottle is totally inferior to the likes of Swell and Hydro flask. My bottle was given as a gift and 6 months later the bottle coating was peeling off which bothered me. Then the cap wouldn’t line up well because it is a hexagonal shape and there was extra play in how tight you screwed it on. Then the bottle just failed to connect. I tried all the things to reset it. Bought new batteries etc. By that time my warranty was up and I wasn’t motivated to drink from plastic anymore as well. The app itself is well designed but has a serious and frustrating time delay when logging manual water from an Apple Watch. I’d consider trying again only if a premium insulated bottle was offered and app performance is improved.

I've had my water bottle over six months and have already had to replace the sensor stick once. That being said, the sensor doesn't seem to be the issue this time bit, in fact, the app itself. After troubleshooting to get the app to find my bottle or re-add it, still nothing. The concept is great and the bottle is awesome but with the new app updates/ issues, there seems to be no reason not to use my hydroflask instead.

Gosh, app hasn’t worked for a month. Got my bottle as a Christmas gift. It was relatively easy to set up but now nothing. Very disappointed. ?
