I love this game, I’ve played it before and the redownloaded it a year later. However now that I’ve downloaded it again, it let me play for a while and now it’s not going past the opening screen that has the flamingos, the hotel and the “Hidden Hotel” sign. I have good connection and there’s no reason on my end for it to be doing this. If it were fixed I’d keep playing!!

They never update there that much. Very annoying. Who wants to keep playing the same rooms over and over. They ain’t fixed the friends thing for months. Keeps crashing every time you delete or except them. The dice game has yet to be fixed either. That too, been messed up for months. They say every 2 weeks they will come out with an update. It’s been 5 weeks without an update in sight. They really need to fix these things. And oh yeah, weed out the known cheats. Like the top 50 players. 1, 2 and 4. Where did they even come from. Make it make sense. Used to be a fun game. Now it’s just pure trash.

I can’t play it won’t let me in unless I update and it won’t let me update unless I have a card on my Apple account with cash on it!! I don’t understand so now I have to pay to play???I love the game but I’ve never had to go through this before I’m starting to question it

I’m trying to start the restaurant bar level, but every time I try to play it, the tutorial tells me to tap the fridge to open it. I try to tap it, but it isn’t working or letting me play the level. I end up having to quit it and wasting a lot of my energy. Could someone please fix this ASAP?

I love this game it is so much fun, but I don’t like that you have to use your stars for dumb things like….talk to Mario or meet Donna. I want to fix things up. Since I started buying things. The game seems to hold back more. Wrong sell tactic. Other than that great game.

Too many scammer ads

Seriously, does anyone review the ads. “Lose 70 pounds in 23 days” is an obvious one. Do better.

Freeze up

The only downfall is a lot of times the game freezes right after you do a free spin and the. You lose what energy you just won. Has happened to me lots of times and freezes up other times.

This game is great love it however all levels have the double or triple points which are ok for a one and five but it does it 3 or 4 times which is a pain please change that I would love to play it a lot more.

I stopped playing when I lost my phone and lost my progress but I recently downloaded it again and I remember why I love it so much. It’s the perfect combination of search & story. If you’re contemplating, just download it! It’s better than you can imagine.
