Another update that doesn't fix bugs, still can't play. The developers don't know how to fix this or they just don't care that people can't play. It took them 19 days to do nothing. Another update that crashes the app. How many more days/weeks/months until I can play? That's a question for you developers. I thinks it's their competitions which used to be fun and, oh, work. I haven't been able to play/check either for months and the app crashes when my "results" are popping up/checked. I can spin the daily wheel and get energy, what good does it do when the game doesn't OPEN!! If you like hidden object games, Midva has several which are pretty good. And they work unlike Hidden Hotel. I can't even get in to play AGAIN and the developer updates never mention fixing bugs like other developers...because they DON'T! I am pretty sure that the developers feel they need to slow players down because we have completed most/ all levels. If this is the case, please stop and just let us play. I'd rather be able to replay older levels then not be able to play at all. Also, the collection items that I've been frugal about using went from being worth 100+ energies to just 30...thanks for stealing my hard earned energy.

Adding hard mode and super hard mode is a way to make people pay. I have given lots of money to buy time, but won’t again. I can’t even finish the games now so why would I pay for hours of that? Just pure frustration. You won’t be seeing any more of my money. Way to go.

I haven’t been able to play my game in three days every time I click on it goes to the results and then cuts off I love this game but please fix it soon or I’m deleting it like I said can’t even play the game because it freezes and crashes. August 28 still can’t play the games it freezes Every time the results come out and then takes me out of the game I still haven’t been able to play it like five or six days ,so when are you guys going to fix it I’ll give you a couple more days then I’m deleting it and to tell you I’ve spent a lot of money getting this far so I think you owe us to the fans to fix it

Doesn’t work... I got spot the difference no harder on star 7 than before except now it costs more energy and I’m getting no higher reward... star 7 on sea sofa finished in less than 30 seconds with a 10 on the booster ( not max booster ) and got 8 percent.... y’all really keep screwing this game up more with every update.... and bring back the real fastest player competition not the stupid lanterns....??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️??♀️????

I have been playing this game for a while now....and in the beginning it was a lot of fun. It was a little frustrating that you could only get 1 star per game play....but over looked that at the time. But now....I am lucky to even get one star during game play. Not EVERYONE wants to spend a ton of money to be able to play the game!!! I may have to go back to good ole board games where you buy the game one time and can play it forever without having to spend any money!! Since the last update you have lowered the energy that you can get in a free spin....and I have discovered that if you do happen to pick up some extra energy somewhere....you end up losing it because you run out of time to find the objects. Now I have been playing hidden objects for quite some time now as I as 67 years old and been playing them since my teen years. I am pretty darn good at it....but I swear that you are sometimes asking us to find objects that are not even in the picture, therefore running out of time!!! Not sure how much longer I will put up with the shenanigans before delegating the game. Too bad that you can’t figure out that if you let people play longer...they will like the game better and give it better reviews. The games that I like the best (and I am sure I speak for many) are the games that I can play the longest. Think about that! P.S. Also.....it is impossible to fill your collections suitcase anymore.!!!!

Was hooked on this game from the start!!! Did an update, and was disappointed at the changes. Coins earned from scenes dropped. The prizes for completing collections changed. Now it freezes and shuts down as soon as it gets to the home screen ?. Please fix this. Also, there should be a way to earn energy faster. It takes too long in between

I love this game but since I updated it and updated iOS on my iPhone XR it won’t load. Keeps saying check my connection but there isn’t anything wrong with the internet!!!
The silhouette is bonkers....

I was all involved with this game & the introduction of the silhouette clues completely turned me off.

It used to be my favorite game. I even spent money on it BUT no longer. They keep making changes to it, to purposely make it harder and force you to buy things now. It takes longer to complete a star, a ton less coins obtained when winning competitions, harder to complete collections, spinning daily wheel earns you a chance at a lot less energy, now they want you to spend coins (before playing a scene) to earn more rewards- which you used to get for free and so on! I will no longer ever purchase anything because there aren’t any incentives to play competitions or try to win anything. They took all the fun out of the game. I purchased items in the past because you had a chance to win tons of coins or/and I didn’t feel forced at all to pay. Now all they are doing is shoving it in your face to purchase things. No thank you!
