I’ve literally permanently lost my progress on this game several times!!! Don’t y’all have a backup or something!? Seriously disappointed & irritated. Fix that bug that causes player to lose progress. I’m giving your app one more chance, not that y’all deserve it. But because I genuinely enjoy the game. FIX IT!!!!!!!!

I guess I have to stop playing this game ,I have gotten far in to it but they keep trying to get me to buy something.I have bought a lot already but I can’t keep doing it and they give u no time to find things and u have to use all your coins to win just a sham I really like the game.I play wheel of fortune and I love it and u don’t have to buy anything.maybe they will change this.

This is such a fun game. I’m on level 382. However the game keeps freezing or shutting off This has been happening the last two days and I’m very frustrated. Please correct the problem or I’ll have to delete the game since now I can’t even log on. I would be so sad. Truly best game before the bugs.

I wish you’d come up with other Hidden Hotel Mysteries, I just absolutely love this one. The graphics are terrific. The story is superb. Please let me know if you come out with any others.
