I have played this game for a long time and had gotten to the end of the last case. After waiting for months for a new case to be created I decided to start the game from the very beginning because I really loved playing it. I had to delete the app from my iPad and reinstall it to get the game to reset from the beginning. Ever since I did that I haven’t been able to connect to Facebook! I emailed the developer several times and received so called “fixes” that didn’t work! The last email I received from them is asking me to tell them exactly what I have ALREADY TOLD THEM! This used to be my favorite game but now I hate it!

When you updated it put me back to beginning which is ok it’s fun. I hope new cases will actually be there when I finish .

Love this game, and but have not been able to play in over a month I try to open the game it closes out. I have had 2 support people try to help and still no luck! I have completed the entire game and just trying to get more items but I can’t play and very annoyed! I have the latest version of IOS and I’ve done all that they but nothing!.? it now has been over 2 weeks since I last heard from anyone and Deepak was the one who tired. I sent a video as well. This is ridiculous! Such a great game too I will have to delete the game if you are still unresponsive.

Been playing for a long time completed all available challenges and it keeps saying coming soon. Been waiting 6 months or more and still waiting. How long does it take for next challenge

I have played this game for years, I recently had to delete the game and reinstall it, which was a bummer because I had built up my diamond(500+), coins (15000+),and energy(over 8000)so that I could sit down for hours and play. My game stopped opening up, it never asked for an update for over a year. It never let me connect to Facebook and now with the reinstall I still can’t connect to Facebook. It hasn’t even asked for an update since I have reinstalled it. If there is a new updated version it sure hasn’t shown up and my IOS us upto date. I think this is so very unfair that we have lost things because of a lack of updates sent out on your part. Thanks for listening

Being working on this since July

I have been working on completing the special investigation section of this games since I had no open cases. I started in July with the last 5 special investigations and I am still not done...... I have 2 more to complete. Let’s see that is 7 months. I think I am pretty patient but this is getting so boring that I am about ready to delete the game. When will the new case be open?
