I also have been playing for years and am unable to open, what’s up?

Wow this last chapter (I think 11)was FANTASTIC. A little hard in some places but comfortably hard. Just the right amount of challenge. It was longer than the last one...which is great cause it kept me going for the last three days! I LOVE THIS GAME! edited 19 Dec 2019 I’ve been waiting for over a year for the next chapter. It looks like this game has gone the way of the trash heap. Such a shame cause it was truthfully one of the best games I played. Another disappointed player

If these games are free then why do we need to add a form of payment? I am deeply disappointed with all of these games on here. I don't plan on buying any games and I sure as heck can't afford to be buying into the games.

I uninstalled this game, seems like forever ago when I came to the end (Japan.) I decided to try it again, it's a great game! However, I am, once again, almost through Japan, and still not another case. Did I just blow that much $$$ on a game that's no longer being updated? I checked the FB page and it seems there haven't been any posts since 2017? Like others, I have checked links for app support only to be directed to a defunct page. Please be kind to your subscribers and let us know if we are going to be getting any new cases.

I love this game!!! So many levels to play and it always keeps me interested. One of my favorites by far!! Only complaint I have is I wish diamonds didn’t cost so much or that players are awarded more diamonds for completing tasks.

Ok developers. Us loyal fans of this game are still waiting for the next level. Personally I will wait until the end of this year. If the next level is not released I will delete the game and never look back. Well, here is us 2019. No new level. Goodbye.
