So exhausted waiting for more chapters, now this? Blastworks AND Hullabu seem to have disappeared entirely. Just continually depressing.

I have been playing this game since it first came out. I’m not very fast and I play whenever I get a chance. I haven’t completed all the cases yet, but only have a few left. I opened the game this morning, but had to close it because something came up. Now it won’t open at all. Tries to, but then goes back to my iPad homepage. Not sure what to do. Don’t want to delete and reinstall because I don’t want to lose what I’ve done and the gems and hints I have built up. I can’t contact support because I can’t get in the game to get id#. I tried contacting support thru app support, but says page doesn’t exist. I, of course, rebooted my iPad and then tried to open, but it wouldn’t open. I have given the game 3 stars. It really is fun and challenging. If I delete and reinstall and my progress is lost, I won’t play anymore. It is definitely my favorite game but ........I have never had any problems with this app, ever. UPDATE: I didn’t realize that I was no longer connected to Facebook in this game. I connected to Facebook and it is opening perfectly now. I now give it five stars. Love this game!

The scenes are small so hard to see on a phone - would like to zoom in more. Like the detail in the rooms though.

I have been playing this game and l lost all my Diamonds when l had to update the game and it took me all the way to the start of game and lost all my progress in game please help me !!!

I have been playing this game for a quite a while. However, I finished every level, now I go every day and collect my freebies but there have been no new levels for months. Seriously, I have collected over 5500 free energies and still nothing to use them on. Update 1/15/19. Still no new cases. It has been over 6 months. Is there any reason to keep waiting or just delete the game?

Love the game and solving cases but......

I have been checking the game for updates and new cases which hopefully will get out soon until recently. There seems to be a technical problem with the game application which I hope is being fixed. The app will not open game it looks like it will but then flashes and closes . Obviously there is a bug. Please fix it and give us more cases.

The previous review from Won’t open summed up everything that has happened with my game too. I read that deleting the game and re downloading it would make it work again. I had tons of points, diamonds, prizes, and energy saved up. I mean sooo much saved up because I played everyday for a couple years. My game didn’t work because it wouldn’t load. I deleted the app and re downloaded it. I tried to login with my Facebook account and the game says you have previously logged in with Hidden Artifact do you want to continue? I select continue and the entire game shuts off. I have tried this multiple times now and it’s always the same thing. The game says I have logged in before and do I want to continue so I click continue and it shuts off. I don’t understand the problem. I have played for sooo long and collected a ton of bonus diamonds, energy, points, and prizes for this game to mess up now. I’m hoping there’s another way to restore my game because I have worked so hard and for too long to start from scratch again. If my data can’t be returned and I can’t restore my lost progress, I will NOT be playing all over again from scratch. NOPE no way! I had sooo many things saved up I collected bonuses everyday from being logged into Facebook and playing everyday I’m sooo upset right now. All my hard work is gone and lost. It almost makes me want to cry. Do you know what I mean? Please help fix this issue ASAP I want to play again and continue where I left off and I won’t start at the beginning again. I have never had a problem with this game before never until now. Thank you for your time. Please help! I will keep trying for now. I have already sent an email out for support and haven’t heard anything so I thought I’d try a review to get some help. Again thank you for your time. - SMW

I really love this game! I love how challenging the hidden object scenes are. I just have one question...when are you going to make more levels? The last time you updated to give us new levels was a little over a year ago.
