Great app. Yes, the cost of the full license is not cheap, but it is an excellent tool. Please bring the Race Builder to iPad, and add a feature to roll damage dice for spells.

The only reason I have a iPad is for hero labs. App now freezes when any drop down menu is pressed ie favor class bonus, ability stats etc... Will update once freezing is fixed.

I like the character creation layout; nice and clear, with all of the reference material displayed for each stat and item. A pleasure to use.

They claim you can use the free version as an electronic character sheet... That is, sad to say, complete and utter bull. First, you have no access to any advanced guides. So you have a Witch character? Cannot use this app. Even if you could, guess what? You cannot make any edits after an hour, and the character sheet will not be saved. If the sheet will not be saved, how the HELL are you supposed to use it as an electronic sheet? If you cannot edit, how do you change current HP? You would have to remake the character sheet EVERY SESSION. It is flat-out false advertising. So disappointed. It looked great until that happened, but it is NOT worth $30 to have an electronic character sheet, when there is a website that does the same thing for free with wifi. Such a pity...

I was really hoping this would fit my needs, but the difficulty and cost of adding content was just too much for me. Support for in-app purchases would really have helped. Still waiting for a decent "character sheet" app...

Lets you create a live character sheet with calculated values. Once the character is created, lets you roll within the play sheet or input values based on dice rolls. Couldn't be happier with the system.

I don't mind paying for somethings good, their set up is too confusing to activate there license for an unknown fee--somehow you get the activation code, but nowhere it clearly shows how to get it and unlock the system.
