Great app but stopped working :(

Great app but stopped working. I am no longer able to see the bus, stop, or school on the map. I only see a random location. I totally understand technical issues but I’ve submitted five request for support to contact me via email but still no response. I’ve trouble shooted.. deleted and downloaded multiple times, change password, and deleted my daughters info.. still nothing. My hope is that..since it’s been 2 months someone will reach out to me soon. I work from home and the stress of making sure I’m there on time can be overwhelming.

The location of the bus always says it’s one street over no matter what time of day it is. It never updates to let you know if the bus has arrived and I never get notifications stating when the bus is within the 2 mile radius. I find this app completely useless.

The app is beyond glitchy, and the “help section” for it reads like it was written by an angry condescending brat. You’ll never get any type of actual help from these folks. It worked for a little while, and then...nothing. Waste of time.

This app is really joke it doesn’t show you the bus and the people who works in they don’t answer your call they don’t send you notifications if the bus change or late and also the bus doesn’t show in the app ( the real bus ) it gives you different bus and different school. Every day I called the transportation and nobody answer.

Our school district just started using the app this year. I don’t know how people got by before this app. We had always dropped our kids off at school and just switched to them riding the bus this year. I just don’t even understand how people got along before this app was released. I pull it up everyday and then tell my kids when to go to the bus stop. It’s also awesome for their ride home. You know when to expect them. That’s it. It’s awesome and I don’t know how people got along before it was invented.
Worst App Ever To Monitor Children/Offers Zero Support

I have been unable to monitor my elementary school daughter since school began. However my middle school son with the same address and bus stop works fine. Why is there a difference? Why would a school system choose something like this and offer zero support? The App offers zero support and my local school transportation department will not answer calls to offer assistance. Worst app ever that allegedly is for child safety.

Don’t bother calling customer service because they cannot tell you anything. Repeating the same answer is their go-to solution, but unfortunately, it’s not the solution.

you GUYS NEED TO FIX THIS APP TO WORK LIKE IT DID THE FIRST FEW MONTHS NOW ITS DOESNT , my brother almost got ran over because the bus never shows up the same time as usual we need a update please fix this man ???♀️
