This app is always crashing I have not been able to see my bus for 2-3 weeks now , I reached out for support and no one got back to me ! DO BETTER !

It never shows my bus on the map and always freezes up which is very inconvenient. But when it works it’s very helpful for meand I love it! It really helps to get to my bus stop on time. Please fix it it’s getting cold and I don’t want to stand in the cold more time than I have too:(

The worst app aver never says when bus is coming or left never works and is always on lock mode like never says anything. An app that you can notRelied on
Good idea needs work

It work good if you get alerts from the app or have your phone with you and can open the app. But the email comes 3 hours after the bus does. So doing work where I would get the email telling the bus is arriving doesn’t get to me until 3 hours later. Oh and the contact form doesn’t work on the website

I got this for my sons school and it worked for a few weeks. But than I could not see the school are house or even the bus Icons. I deleted the App and reinstalled it and it works now justI should not have to delete it.

this app is honestly a life saver. i’m a student and use it to make sure i head out to the bus on time every day and it works like a charm cause i finally know when the bus is gonna come since its pretty unpredictable. it’s great because i always would miss the bus then be late cause one of my parents have to come home but now i make sure i’m on time

As much as I like having information about my kids bus, this is a very poorly built app. The data is often not kept up to date. I know this is not the apps fault . But: Notifications that disappear and cannot be found. For examples: Bus has no driver today. Came up as a pop up and then could not be found in history. Poor update rate. Info is often old. No access to profile info . Until the bus is on the map I can’t even see what bus my kid is supposed to be on . What time should it be at the stop . Etc I assume this is an app the schools pay for? I would almost understand if this is a free app. Otherwise have some customer feedback. So much improvement to be had.
