Greedy, anarchic, unconstitutional, unsafe service

This service is as unsafe as a broken roller coaster. First of all, it does not give you an option to search around the current area that you live in for people in said area. This is very scary, sense and less you talk to people you don't know. It can be unpredictable. Second of all, you guys and pillow talk and not allow religious freedom or freedom of religious expression. Haven't you all read the first amendment? Finally, you don't get another chance to make a new account after deleting one. These guys at hello tall are so unforgiving. Folks, don't waste your time here.

This WAS a great app to help you find exchange partners while giving you the right tools - ways to make corrections, send audio messages,etc. BUT they added pointless social features to post sunsets & selfies. But no status indicator to show you are busy or away? Love the app, but frustrated by things which make no sense for language learners. Hope their decline stops soon before they destroy the app with "upgrades"

There are two sides to every story. One side of this app is about how nice it is to find friends that help you make progress learning. The other side is how joyful it is to help your friends learn as well.

I love this app. I've learned a lot from some really wonderful people who are also learning, and made some great friend along the way. My only criticism is that images and videos are often slow to transfer — much slower than other messaging apps — but this has improved over time and become more reliable as well. And their support has been very helpful when I've needed it. I'm happy to pay for the Pro subscription because this is easily one of my top 5 apps on my iPhone. But it's great that it can be used for free too to try it first. :)
