Watch out when booking. If you request a "premium room" expect a down grade to tiny room so the lesson - Don't pay more for any room. Then the insult you intelligence at the front desk. The app only works 1/2 the time.
App is pointless

App is very glitchy and redirects to website instead of just keeping all features in the app.

I just used it in Salt Lake City; from start to finish, it was convenient and allowed me to NOT have to dig in my pocket for a key. Well done!

Since they updated this app it’s much easier to navigate. Super easy to use explore the brands and book a room
