Horrible App

The App doesn’t respond to any actions, just circles and circles. Also, there is no phone # to call customer service for support. Says to email or chat, but the chat doesn’t work either. Not sure if the Hello rewards is a good program or not cuz can’t get anything to work!

Now that I finally received an email to recover my password, I was happy to log into the app. However, now that I’m in the app it’s useless because it just spins and spins like it’s trying to refresh but nothing happens. I can’t get into my account settings or click on “my stays,” nothing. Just sits there spinning.....

I have numerous hotel apps that I use and this one is by far the stupidest hotel app! The first page says: Where to? But it sends you to a list of all the hotel chains that they own! And then you have to choose one of those. Then gives you a list of all those hotels in every state and you have to do it in the exact name of the one you want. Problem is I don’t know the exact name other than say America’s Best Value Inn!!! Completely stupid! Here is a suggestion take the search menu in the “need help” area of the app and put it where it says where to! I want to be able to type into the Where to....the actual City I want to visit and it give me every hotel you own IN THAT CITY!!!! P.s I will most likely delete this app.

I been staying at America’s Best Value Inn for 2 almost 3 weeks now and just today i learned about the Hello Rewards program and wanted to join because i was told my night will be counted if i join and also i was entitled to 1 free night for 7 qualifying stays. After several attempts to join online i decided to call the call center and let them do it for me because i was having no luck online or on the app i downloaded. I was told by the young lady that she entered all my information in and i should be able to sign in, well of course she didn’t know what the hell she was talking about because i had to end up calling back to then be informed that they app been down for over 2 weeks and i can’t get credited for my nights because i don’t have a account! JUST MY FREAKING LUCK! I’m checking out today and taking my money elsewhere!!!!

After several attempts to get credit for stays including credit card records, they needed receipts from the hotel desk. So I didn’t save them . This is a joke! Don’t waste your time!
Can’t sign up

Did anyone test the new user flow? Guessing no. Couldn’t get to that section. Couldn’t get out of accept terms once I found it. Still not signed up.
Kind of annoying

Having to sign into every single individual page makes using this app very inconvenient. Kind of defeats the purpose of having an app.
