I know this might be a strange thing to hear for those hooked into the electronic, gizmo and gadget cloud leaden world of today, I actually read. Yep, you heard me read. I read all sorts of things, books, magazines, even news articles. Stranger still, I actually read things before I agree to them, you know things like terms of service. I blame my wife the lawyer and her dealings with contract law. If I sign a contact and didn't read it then it was totally my fault that I just sold our 2 kids and soul to a complete stranger. So when I went to open the terms of agreement for this app I was surprised to find it wouldn't open. So I used the built-in contact support feature, assuming it was just a mistake. Well maybe it is or maybe it's not. But if I you can't read what I'm agreeing to I tend to take my business elsewhere and maybe you should to.

You have to sign up just to find out if they have service in your area (although you can make up info except for the appropriate address). Then you can't change your location! I first checked if they had service where I live, no, then wanted to check if they had service where my parents live, I couldn't. I had to delete the app and download it again to check another address. No service there either.... oh well...

Having to sign up, and agree to a ridiculous terms of service, just to see where service is an utter fail, particular for an app about convenience and saving time. They should just list where they have service on the website and app description. Very strange requirement. It should obviously be removed.

Easy to use the app, extremely responsive humans behind the app, the service is reliable and friendly and tailored to my needs! And a very reasonable price for what they provide. Frees up my time for important stuff instead of errands and cleaning. Bravo!

Charged me $110 to get minor show alterations (5 in total requested) to 3 pairs of shoes. Of the 5 requests, only 3 were actually done, yet somehow i was still charged $110. Stay away from this service!

My moving was totally messed up by this fake tech app, which employs human to respond in a very unprofessional and slow fashion. Never recommend it to any one

I work 13 hours a day on average and Hello Alfred makes my life so much easier. I recommend to any busy young professional.

Hello Alfred has a high turnover with new employees accessing homes without proper advance notice. The lack of a known point of contact managing client relations creates a breakdown in communications. Hope the ineffective communication channel wasn’t designed to mitigate responsibility.
