Terms are invasive & vague

Didn't even get to sign up - clicked on terms and agreements to check what they had in there. Terms include: 1 - REQUIRED arbitration in case anything goes wrong, so nothing will ever see the light of day or a jury trial. Arbitration biases everything towards the company by default. 2 - incredibly vague wording about how by agreeing to their terms, you allow them full access to "third party apps" on your device (no examples or apps specifically listed) and any account you've logged into those "third party apps" with. These terms are concerning and way too invasive for me to trust this place with my money and info. You can't see anything in the app without signing in or logging up. So... Deleted. :-/

Love the app! Hello Alfred takes care of all of my errands and chores at the tap of a screen. Your Alfred gets to know you so well that they'll anticipate your needs. Cool stuff.

Useful interface for a useful service

Been using Alfred for a year or so. Very happy. The app allows you to dial in the stuff you need done: Groceries, deliveries etc. And if you have recurring tasks you can just leave everything on and it just happens in the background. UX is intuitive and there's a messaging interface for special requests or anything that requires some human touch or nuance. A great service layer that makes life a lot easier and frees you up.

App freezes/ has glitches

Was excited for the services overall, but the app performs dismally and often freezes. Functionality is not intuitive and makes it hard to order services. Also no opt out of communication option and now I receive marketing emails :(
