I love the variety and quantity of workouts on this app. Hannah and Paulo are motivating and thoroughly explain the proper form for each exercise. And you can't beat the price!

Hannah and her hubs are adorable, let’s get that out of the way. I fell in love with her cardio philosophy elsewhere and just stumbled across this app (where have I been?) and am legitimately more excited than a kid on Christmas to have all access to the follow along daily cardio for which I’ve been searching my whole life. Thank. God. For. Hannah.

I absolutely love these workouts. I have ditched my gym forever because I for once feel happy and engaged in my workouts. It’s less about what my body looks like and more about how I feel. I love Hannah and Paulo and the dynamic between the two of them. My husband and I do the workouts together and it’s such a great way for us to connect.

I found Hannah on Bodybuilding.com aka BodyFit and fell in love with her training style. I did FYR 2.0 first and then FYR 1.0. After doing some research I found the HEF app. I’ve only done a couple of workouts so far but I am already digging it. Only thing missing is a description of each video like the track your workout feature on BodyFit. I have been working out in my home gym since my daughter was born in 2003. Having follow along videos really makes the difference between knowing what to do and being pushed to do it!
