Great for data-loving lifters
terryaki

This app has a very narrow scope of tracking strength training without the unnecessary frills. Despite the focus, this app has the most customizable options for creating your strength program I’ve seen out there. The only downside is that I did find the learning curve to be quite significant when compared to the more popular apps. There are gestures or settings that are not immediately apparent so I would highly suggest watching the developer’s thorough YouTube tutorials.

Great, versatile app

Switched to HeavySet a few days ago and I love it already. Supports RPE, rest timers and plate calculation. Only downside, needs to support iPad.

This is the the most usable resistance training data collection app I’ve ever seen. There’s tons of real-world experience and insight built into this app.

App avoids family sharing to maximize revenue
msaxatilis

Within two months I received two charges from Apple $10.61 on each ID for my daughters. I thought it was a mistake because I have family sharing which works great for all other paid apps. I contacted the developer but their Sam am is that the app is FREE but to make the app worthwhile to use you pay $10 to unlock all the features. They call this an in-app purchase because in-app purchases cant be shared via Apple’s family sharing. The developer then blames this unfortunate situation on Apple’s policy when they intentionally designed their product to exploit this loophole.

Great app with a few issues
posejupo

I love this app, but there are a few things I wish would get fixed or added: the auto timer function is very inconsistent, most of the time when logging a set the timer does not start. Second, I wish when I added exercises to a saved workout, it would give me the option to add it permanently. Finally, PLEASE add an Apple Watch app! It would be so much easier to update on my watch during a workout!

Love it!!

I’ve been using excel spreadsheets for the longest time and I don’t really have an issue with that but this app makes it so much easier. It’s super easy to use and I paid for the premium version which was also worth it. I just wish they would come out with an Apple Watch companion app for this as well!

Great

Great for exercise

Rounding increments

Love the app. My only complaint is I’d prefer to round down so can you make it an option

Favorite Lifting App

Great app for lifting and tracking your progress. You can customize just about anything and create your own routines. Progress for workouts and exercises over time is great. You only get volume reports at the end of the workout. If that was available to view historically I would give this app 5 stars.

Ok app
SmkEter

Odd to create workouts Interface while working out is ok, no timers or way to make an exercise by time instead of rep based.
