First and foremost, the description of this game is so, so false. You don't train horses. At all. You pet their noses, feed them pills, and shampoo them. That's about it. Not much going on for this game, compared to your other time management hits. It's incredibly boring, not challenging, and some things just don't make any sense. I have never seen the television show, so the premise is new to me. Basically you run a stable and take care of horses as they come in. I've played through six stables so far, and these are your stations: calming, medical, wash, massage, and clean shoes. The first three you start off with on your first stable. So in SIX stables, there have only been two added stations. Talk about slow progression. Each station will have 1-2 steps based on the needs of the horse. A horse doesn't necessarily stop at every station. But here are the things that make little-to-no-sense at all. You can purchase different horse breeds with RB points. What's the point behind this? No clue; it's never explained. They have different "personalities," much like your Dash games have different customers... But why do I have to purchase them? You can purchase "accessories" to sell from your barn, but you don't make any profit from these so, again, what's the point? When you purchase upgrades with your profits, you have to wait an average of 10 minutes before that upgrade is actually applied *blinkblink* After playing through six stables and being bored from the start, I'm deleting the game. I wish there had been a Lite version so I would have known to not waste my money. I just get too eager for new time management titles.

Pretty good but not the best.

I love the heartland tv series and was very excited when this game came out. However I was not expecting to see that it was designed like those cake and cafe games...(can't remember what they are called). I partly liked this and found the game very addictive at first. However, it became repetitive fast. The game is based on the idea of helping and taking care of the horses. But as a horse lover, and owner myself, I was unimpressed with many aspects. Some things were very unrealistic. I'm sorry but you don't put horses on little pillows to groom them. That seems more like dogs and cats. Also as a "horsey gamer" I want horse games that allow me lots of interaction with the horses. Mostly all you get to do in this game is see some cute horse faces; pet their noses, put pills in a feed bucket, shampoo on their heads, and tap nails into their shoes. I'd like to be able to actually work with the horses. Maybe be able to ride them (perhaps a trail riding like feature, or doing activities in an arena) and being able to compete or actually have a horse of your own (or multiple horses) would be great. Like the review before mine said...I see no point in buying the horses offered to be purchased. Nothing changes except you get different colors of horses coming through the barn. I could go on forever offering suggestions for how the game could have been better. I finished the game in two days of brief periods of playing. Needless to say I think it needs a lot of improvements and needs more emphasis on actual equine interaction, but it could have been worse. I hope to see lots of updates for it in the near future. If there are none I might as well delete it off my phone.

Okay app
Sky's key

I kinda like it but I think it should be like training the horses and catching wild horses and making your own ranch stuff like that not a 6 year old game :/

Very good.

Happy Thanksgiving. Hope that "Heartland" will return for many more seasons. Very good. Can y'all please make the "Heartland" App free permanently? That way everyone can play. Y'all can still make money with y'all's other apps.

Good game horrible app

I love this game but the major annoying thing is that is exits you automatically out of the game and doesn't save your progress if you are in the middle of a level.

Failure! Not worthy of representing Heartland!

I LOVE the Heartland TV series, so when I found this app I was pretty excited! But when I first started playing it I discovered that this app was not worthy of representing the amazing TV show, Heartland. This app is so boring! Petting horse's noses, feeding them pills, and washing their heads with the shampoo they like is not my definition of Heartland. The only thing stopping me from deleting this app is that I love Heartland so much that just seeing the name on my IPod's screen has me leaping with joy. But I probably never will play with this app again. I would not recommended this app to Heartland fans. This app is a waste memory space, and in my opinion, a failure

I was really excited to hear about a heartland game. But what I don't like is that it has a lot of bugs and crashes every time I play. It's an issue that needs to be fixed ASAP.
