As with many others here, I was searching for a replacement to the excellent Pulse reader which LinkedIn so unceremoniously killed. A few searches directed me to an excellent Ars Technica thread where this reader was mentioned, so after having tried a few of the other "highly-rated" readers I gave this one a shot. Within 10 minutes I gladly paid the $2.99 to unlock all the feeds. Clean, simple interface and easy to add feeds. I'm glad Simon wrote this app, many thanks!

When Pulse was taken down I was heartbroken. Found a Reddit post about Heartfeed, downloaded it, and immediately was in love with it. Couldn't ask for anything better. Thank you!

Thank you so much for bringing the "Pulse" experience back. This is a wonderful replacement. I didn't even realize how much I missed it until now. I tried Newsify, but I much prefer this layout. This will be my only newsreader going forward.

Better than Pulse!

I got this as a replacement for Pulse after LinkedIn ruined it. I honestly like this even better than Pulse. The layout is almost the same, but better. The text is also laid out better once you're inside a post. Finding sources was a little less convenient, but once setup I don't have to do it again. I bought the unlimited feeds iap as soon as I added my first source. Good job developer!!! One request, it'd be kinda great if you could make an Apple Watch version.

I have been searching for a Pulse RSS Reader replacement since Pulse jumped the shark. So grateful to find this. Fantastic app. -1 star for cumbersome feed management and lack of ability to save articles. A really good app and well worth the $3 for unlimited feeds.

I no longer have to see things I don't want. Sometimes I just wanna see my fantasy football news sometimes just my tv news. I would've paid more than the $3. Pulse spoiled me then abandon me. Heartfeed is a lifesaver. Thank you.
