Not good at multiple users

Used one phone for two people. Now I get a text that Person 1’s results are ready and when I go to the app, I only see results for Person 2. Not everyone owns a cellphone. There is no way to get results any other means so we can’t fly out tomorrow. This technology is useless if I can’t access my own personal information based on a phone number. Get it together!!

After covid I'm feeling stronger and started going to my aerobic classes. Praise God for delivering me. I’m 76 years young.
COVID-19. Results

I have had new results on my latest COVID test. I wrote a poor review about this website at that time and have deleted that review. Some comments where made in anger because of delays in getting results and difficulty using the site. I returned to the testing site and spoke to an agent and was told my new results would take 3 to 5 days I received the new results and returned to the app. I had better results using the site this time with no problems and was satisfied with using the app. I still feel the app could be improved but I changed my review to a four

I entered it 2 times and verified there was no error on the paperwork received and didn’t work. Dumb app waste of time.
Information in one place

I love this app not only do I have access to my testing results, I have a chronological history of my testing dates and test results. I need to have that available for work, and it is all in one place. Thank you
