Duplicate Results

I find this app to be quite useful, but have had an issue with duplicate entries per result posting (twice, sometimes three times). I receive duplicate notifications each time as well. Not sure if this is an issue on the data entry side, or something within the app.

I received the link to this app from my health Dept. It came with an area code already in it and won’t accept my area code and I cannot get the other code to go away.

App while purpose is to be able to view results. And that itself is not working. Created support ticket and no surprise i was told to call multiple people to fix the issue with this app. Gave up its crap.I didn’t see before that so many people having this issue. They can’t enter correct information. But they get phone number correct for all. They care only what information they want. Users are not able to use their app is not their problem.
