No Testing Record

I got this app because I wanted to view my COVID test results and while its great in theory my test results wont show up in the app. I’ve received them from the testing site but despite a text saying they would be in the app they were not.

“Healthy Togeather” a GREAT way to receive test results! Concerned App might not download properly, or I’d do something to mess up the steps / process went smooth. AND to be able to E-mail FL Results form to family members anxiously awaiting results - with so many being tested, what super speedy way to receive results- any time of day (didn’t have to be office hours), weak end day, a holiday. Congratulations, should be appreciated by ALL involved in process. Thank you!

The app does not allow you to enter booster shot info, my picture shows my 3rd.shot but that is the only place.
Error when trying to refresh

I am getting an error message when it tries to refresh my COVID test results. I was only given this app as a means to see my results. I can see my older test results. Edit: It turned out to be my VPN.
