I was forced to download the newest version of the app. This morning I went to check the app for my care team which has always been there before. Face ID didn’t work and I had to go find my password. Then I had to go add a code (done before) and turned Face ID on and off so it would work. After signing in, my care team finally showed up. And why does it say 10-12 reviews and only two show? Are they trying to avoid showing reviews that might get us to pick another doctor. If the person didn’t write a review and only gave a number there are easy ways to summarize that. 5-5, 4-0, 3-1, etc. Now if I leave the app, check on something on another screen and come back Face ID pops up every time. What a pain. Too bad that isn’t an alternative to this app. Please fix it.

Horrible App & Customer Service !!

This App worked fine until an update was needed. I have been through at least 2 updates and each time I can no longer log in after the update is installed. The App tells me I don’t exist. I have reached out to Customer Service asking for help but get no where. This last time I never heard back from them at all. Very disappointing!! The App is very useful but if you have to create a new profile every time you update and lose all your saved doctors it’s not worth it. I would say don’t do the update but eventually the App won’t work. It’s a catch-22.

In addition to his excellent assessment skills he also shows empathy and compassion while caring for his patient. His recommendations and advise are very much appreciated. I wanted Joy to be recognized for his excellent care.

This app is completely bogus. I had a negative review put on my account at a location AFTER I left. Not sure how they can qualify it. No fact checking or even customer service from the company when questioned about the review. As a healthcare provider, that’s questionable practice. Use caution if this is how you are picking your providers! Do not use this app! It’s not reliable information.

Can’t login, and can’t contact support without logging in

Tried logging in to rate a doctor. First the app demanded to be updated. Ok, sure. Then I logged in. Well, tried to. Said I didn’t exist. So I tried the Facebook login, which they don’t use anymore so I had to create a password. So I did. And got an “unknown problem occurred” error when attempting to login. So I tried to create a new account. Except I couldn’t because the email / user ID already exists. So I created a new new account. Which worked just fine until getting the same useless “unknown problem” message. So I tried contacting support. Clicked the “signup/login issues link. Which took me to a page stating that, get this, I have to log in to even see the help site. Are you freakin’ kidding me? Waste of an hour.

What happened to be able to track and add appointments? App has lost all appointment history and no longer allows the recording of appointments

This is app is almost great, except that I cannot add an appointment (past or future) by hand...it must be scheduled online using their app, which none of my doctors seem to utilize. I would love to be able to enter my appointments myself. It would be so easy. I don’t understand why this is not available.
