Excellent Resource

WoodsHeart Gal

This is an excellent resource, particularly if you’re searching for a treatment provider. The reviews, though subjective, Definitely provide an idea of a provider’s presentation, bedside manner, personality and even perceived competence. The more reviews there are, the better you can form an impression.

Suddenly lost list of my doctors

AH248

The app was such a convenient way to discover new doctors & keep track of the ones I like. But suddenly about a week ago my whole team disappeared - some of whom I had not transferred to my address book yet. A lot of my time finding & further researching doctors was wasted. So I’m not sure I want to spend any more time on it. It was a great idea & resource- before that happened.

If you want to find a good Doc this is it

Great app to get reviews on doctors. In most cases I have followed the suggestions in the reviews, they were accurate and helpful. Great resource.

Worst Update of a previous 5 Star app

Killian, Ph.D.

This is the worst update HealthGrades has ever done. The dashboard has disappeared, you cannot contact them through their contacts, there is no instructions of any usefulness since the entire app has changed, it is difficult to near impossible to save physicians, and is so frustrating despite the fact that I recommended it to all my patience, I will never recommend HealthGrades ever again until they go back to the original dashboard design. Too many bugs. Grant Killian, Ph.D.

App’s Performance has Deteriorated

Shooterdoc

I am a mental health provider and have used this app frequently to locate providers in my own specialty and others for referral purposes. In the past it was a simple matter to input a name or specialty and the area. The app provided many professionals. Now I can only input an area or location. I cannot input a name or specialty. The app has become useless to me. It requires that I first input a city, state or zip code and then doesn’t allow me to input a name or specialty. What possible good is that? It was such a good resource before. I hope it can be returned to, at least, it’s former self.

Removed an important element

SharonKN

I used to love this app. Now they have redesigned it and taken away some of the filters I liked and one of the most important, whether or not a doctor has been sanctioned. That indicates whether he has pulled a big no no. They also removed whether a doctor is board certified. Both of these were filters I used in selecting every doctor. However they are still there in the profile of the doctor. But now it’s more time consuming. You have to pick a doctor and then go through his profile to find these things out. It’s not efficient at all. And this is someone’s idea or newer and better. I don’t think so. Now it’s just like searching the web.
