Concept Model Only

Concept: 8/10 In theory aggregates data, great! Not sure yet if or when it does grab the data will I ever get ownership of it? Execution: 4/10 But, so far hasn’t pulled complete history of labs going back < 12 months. More critically, not sure if the integrity of data pulled from other sources or the usefulness of the reports they choose to present. I am spending more time trying to verify data and what is reported than using the app. It’s easier and much faster to continue going back to the source app for the info and context.

Bugs

Having issues with the data being pulled from Keto Mojo. It is uploading correctly if you go through the website but on the app the times and everything are off and all wrong. They do not match what is uploaded to the website. Not sure why they are correct on one platform and not the other when it should be all the same data. Also the graphs are wrong in the app. Was really looking forward to the simplicity of the graphs for my ketogenic diet on the app. Please fix soon!!

Problems with readings from Keto Mojo and manual weight updates

Easy and Accurate

You can collect and organize all of you health data on one place with the Heads Up Health App. Integrate your wearable data, manually input info and personalize all the information. The interface is easy, accurate and fast. It’s also a great solution because you can correlate the data and see how your behaviors and data are trending to make better health choices and better evaluate what might or might not be working. Highly recommend checking it out.

This is going to be a great app

At first I wasn’t sure how it would work. It had its problems so I stopped my subscription and a week later started a new one. Now with a clean slate with help from the builders I now have a full functioning app. I intergraded MyFitnessPal with the app and now I can see my macros along with all my vitals readings. Really making a difference on how I meal plan and makes it easier to add fat or protein to my daily intake as needed. Ive been Keto-zing for 3 years now and this app is making it easier to hit my targets.

Great concept - poor execution and support
Texasbubba50

Unable to get the Fitbit interface to sync correctly - only partial updates and incorrect values / may be with Fitbit but the main issue is complete lack of response from support- tried via app and website plus Facebook but nothing but crickets - not a way to get anyone to pony up for a subscription or annual fee if there is no support during the trial. Add the fact that none of my doctors are in their system and the pharmacy’s are still not updated and this looks like a waste of time. Glad for the free trial and I will still keep working on this but not looking promising. ?

Buggy

When I was in free trial it worked great, it was syncing perfect, after the free trial expired I purchased a subscription but it never let me back in. I contacted the developer who’s only advice was log out then back in. Nothing has helped getting it working since.

The app and the web application certainly have potential but are so buggy that I’m contemplating asking for a refund on my membership since none of the labs or doctors I use are included in their sync options. The app is borderline useless and is slow to take sync from my KetoMojo. Knowing that I can’t import any of my lab or doctor data that is on an online system already, that leaves the GKI feature as the only useful thing from this app. which I could calculate simply with a calculator. But the website is the only useful way to view this since the app doesn’t work when you press the different options to click through your past GKIs. They should close the app until they can make it functional. The sync is messed up and misses info from KetoMojo. The csv download features are nice on the website, but they should add a feature to download all stats to csv.

Not worth my time or cost.

The only thing this app did for me easily was to pull in my keto mojo readings. Other than that, found it pointless as it wasnt integrating with my heath app and made everything else a manual input. I see it has option to use third party system of API's to work with other apps but I find this to be unnecessary and just another way to collect and use my health data by people that I'm not sure I want to have my data. I really think at least health app integration should be built in and included. I do like the UI and dashboard display but that is all I can give stars for. Moving on.

Would love the app if...

Would love the app if it didn’t have to constantly have to update or it didn’t freeze up every other time I use.
