Had to return HDHomeRun after seeing there is no appleTV tvOS app. Nearly pointless without it....

It’s a good app. It does the job. It’s not bloated with needless options.
Ok app BUT no Apple TV version

Does the basic, wishes it had more functionality but what really stands out - and just doesn’t make sense - there is no version for your Apple TV! And the 3rd party alternative they suggest is ridiculous expensive.
Won’t Change Channels

I use the Plex app which works very well with HDHomeRun hardware. However, because Plex is a full video suite, and automatically starts recording live TV, it is a bit sluggish. I use the HDHomeRun app on my Samsung Smart TV and it’s very simple and snappy, so I thought I’d try it on my iPhone. I was able to tune in the first channel fine, but if I try to switch to another channel, I get audio only or a black screen with no audio and no response to touch. So, basically, this app doesn’t work at all on my iPhone 6 Plus running the latest iOS.
Please fix iOS 12.2 compatibility. Video doesn't work and channels frequently don't load anymore

Worked fine in iOS 12.1.x, but doesn't function on iOS 12.2.

The app stopped working with the release of iOS 12.2. The sound plays without a picture for a few seconds before shutting down
IOS 12.2 Issue

Since updating my iPad to the latest IOS version 12.2, HDHOMERUN will not display video from any channel. I only get audio.
12.2 or latest release breaks the app

Audio now but no video since updates App needs major work ... Poor controls, DVR is barely usable, app requires frequent restarts. TV isn't supposed to be hard ...
Edit - Now is working as expected

I get a black screen with some audio on most channels. I know the hardware works because all other devices can see it. Edit: Developer reached to me and explained that it was a bug that they were aware of. Once the update was pushed, the app works as expected (or dare to say better than when it was working) as i am getting fluid stream and no stuttering. So yes, now i am very happy with the product and the app.
