App has inherent flaw and doesn’t work

Haven’t been able to properly access my tickets for the second half of the season and playoffs. This is a known issue with the app across the board (effects all teams). Have contacted YinzCam numerous times WITH NO RESPONSE. The only response I have received so far was from a phone call with Priya herself (4/8/16) who understandably pointed the finger directly at Ticketmaster and a flaw with their API (which the app relies on). That’s fine and dandy, but Yinz, Priya, and TM have had plenty of time to resolve the issue. I was told that an update would be available the following week (4/11-4/15) but still nothing. Lack of response, lack of functionality and ongoing issue make this app 100% useless for season ticket holders. The app freezes when accessing a ticket, forget using Apple Wallet and/or Watch for admission, the only way to do so is with a screen shot so you have the QR code and then either use phone screen or manually sync with watch. Yinzcam could at least exhibit the common courtesy of admitting the fault and putting up a notice of expected time for a resolution, no excuses.
Love the app but no background listening.

I love every aspect of the app including the radio aspect but when I turn off my Ipad, the radio stops and I can't listen anymore. I hate this because I go to sleep trying to listen to west coast games and I can't turn it off so the light is continuously on.
Great app with one big flaw

This app would get 5 stars but I can't use it while in my car because it interferes with other apps running on my phone. Upon opening the Hawks app my music app pauses and my phones acts as if it is making a call. Weird stuff.

Please fix the problem that every time we get an notification it pops the red number pops up. No other sports app does that.

I tried 100 time to upgrade my tickets two nights ago at the Heat vs Hawks game. I never did get notification on the app that I’d secured upgraded tickets. So we climbed back up into our nosebleed seats. And then an email popped in my inbox indicating I’d been charged for upgraded seats! It was way too late to get back down there to use them. So I requested a refund. And this stupid app admin has REFUSED TO REFUND my money. What jerks!!
