Registered for the app because the link I was sent was not working. Created the account, seemingly no issue. Goes to log into account via web browser (tried both Crome and Safari) and kept getting an error message that the password or username was wrong. Logged in and out of the app multiple times to make sure the credentials were correct. They were. Turns out the website wouldn’t accept it because there was a special character in the password. Reset password from app (took forever due to not sending the email) WITHOUT the special character. STILL WOULD NIT LOG ME IN. YOUR APP AND WEBSITE ARE FAILING AT COMMUNICATION.
In the span of minutes: Download app. Create password. Immediately try to login, “password incorrect”. (100% sure I was typing it correctly) Change password, login. Then try to accept tickets my husband was attempting to transfer to my phone. “Password incorrect”. (Again, I’m entering the pw I JUST set.) Try to click “forgot password” and the email to reset the password won’t send. End of story: couldn’t go to the game. Had club level seats but couldn’t get them because we couldn’t transfer the electronic tickets due to the failure of this app.
Atlanta Hawks + StateFarm Arena is too long of a name and it looks crappy. Plus it now shows the SF logo. Why would I want to look at an ad on my home screen? Lame money grab just like everything else with the new owners.
Becoming more worthless, just download the nba app. This is an ad for the renamed arena. Annoying notifications that won’t go away.
You can do what you need to do ie. use your tickets, sell your tickets, send them to a friend. Good info on the team and arena. The badge notification icons are worthless. They just continue to increase. When you open the app there is nothing identified as a notification and the badge count just increases.
It keeps saying I have 12 notifications but nothing in the app will clear it. Sooooo annoying!! Please update asap!
Update 12/4/18 - Still no response from these flakes. Have emailed and left voicemail for Priya, nothing. Update 11/1/18 - Tickets do not work correctly in Wallet, they no longer sync with Apple Watch. They did last season but no longer. Such a simple thing to fix... --------- Haven’t been able to properly access my tickets for the second half of the season and playoffs. This is a known issue with the app across the board (effects all teams). Have contacted YinzCam numerous times WITH NO RESPONSE. The only response I have received so far was from a phone call with Priya herself (4/8/16) who understandably pointed the finger directly at Ticketmaster and a flaw with their API (which the app relies on). That’s fine and dandy, but Yinz, Priya, and TM have had plenty of time to resolve the issue. I was told that an update would be available the following week (4/11-4/15) but still nothing. Lack of response, lack of functionality and ongoing issue make this app 100% useless for season ticket holders. The app freezes when accessing a ticket, forget using Apple Wallet and/or Watch for admission, the only way to do so is with a screen shot so you have the QR code and then either use phone screen or manually sync with watch. Yinzcam could at least exhibit the common courtesy of admitting the fault and putting up a notice of expected time for a resolution, no excuses.
