Works kinda

Dudeofdudness

You have to kill the app and restart every time you want to record the baby’s weight

Not happy

want anonymous

Both my husband and I use the app but there is a major issue with synchronization. Seems like my iPhone app works OK but my husband phone does not. Sometime you have to log one entry so many times just to make it show up. Even if you refresh your screen so many times it does not show up. This is very frustrating and feels like waste of money.

Syncing issues

CaseyMacC

When my husband and I first started using the app, it worked great! We would use it to communicate between each other and even used it at our baby’s check up with the pediatrician to show her his information. Then it occasionally started to stop syncing with night feedings. It was something we could mess around with and fix (someone force closing the app then refreshing). Now, the syncing for the night/early morning feedings is nonexistent and it’s a pain to try to get it to actually sync up without just deleting the data and manually entering it. It has become such a disappointment and we’ve only been using it for 7 weeks.

Great app

I don’t have a hatch scale or changing pad but I still love this app. It keeps up with everything I need and more! It even shows you daily schedules to watch for patterns and tells me exactly how much sleep/ formula my little one is getting! I may have to buy the product just because of the app❤️

Lost all my data!!!

After 3 months I’ve randomly lost all my data!!! Frustrating

This app has it all!! With a million other things going on in my mind, it's a momsaver to have something to keep track of it all. From nursing, to pumping, to sleeping, and more. It brings me so much release to rely on something to keep track. The data chart is an especially helpful visual.

Great products but the app could be more...

We love our hatch scale and changing pad! However, as a parent, I want/ need an all in one app for when my son is being watched by a family member or Babysitter while I am at work.(40 hours to help pay a mortgage) some things I think the app could have... -Whole food entry, -Tummy time entry, -Extra entries or being able to create an activity. Personally our son Jude has torticallis. He needs to have stretches done throughout the day. -a picture option under the diaper recorder to have a log of poop changes which food changes. Again we love the app for now, but I think it could be much more multi task oriented to keep up with the life of a hectic parent?

Doesn’t Sync

SLF.26

Great app if you are the only caretaker. Unfortunately, the inability to sync data consistently between users - mother, father and nanny - makes it completely ineffective if more than one person is involved in your child’s care.

Must have product for every breastfeeding mom!

First, I want to state that I have had none of the problems that I have read prior to getting this product and using the app. It is easy to track diapers because you use the changing pad (1st gen) so easy to get an accurate weight everyday because she is right there after bath time. The one reason I bought this product and this app is to track how much my baby is eating. It is extremely easy. I am completely at ease knowing that she is taking in what she needs to. Where as before I was a nervous wreck and thinking I couldn’t produce enough. Which was completely the opposite of what was actually happening. Things I’ve noticed since I got this product and and with the use of the app: 1.) I’m no longer stressed about her health -I know she has enough wet diapers 2.) less spit-up because I’m not trying to force her to eat more or offer her breast milk more often. 3.) I realized her feeding patterns and because of the scale and app I can slowly change them so they aren’t every 30 minutes I can get her to go longer between feeds and have her eat more at each feed instead. 4.) I don’t have to go to the doctors office to check her weight. Nor do I have to go to a nursing group and nurse and weigh her a few times a week. I can do this all from the comfort of my home. I recommend this tool to any breastfeeding mom. If we fed formula we would know how much our babies were eating. But because we don’t get that peace of mind while breastfeeding this is a must have and get it from the very beginning it will make your journey so much better, and you will stay encouraged.

It's such a good app, but..

tsukinok

It crashes after a few days of entries. I'll have nearly a week of entries and then suddenly it's asking for me to re-enter a child and that I have no children associated with the app/account which is frustrating. I've had to delete the app and download again to keep my information. Please fix this problem. ? otherwise I love that I can keep track of so much going on with my newborn aside from the crashes.
