I got this app because I bought the scale but I would be using it even if we didn’t have the scale. I have tried a lot of apps with similar features and nothing compares

This scale and app are an amazing support resource for breastfeeding moms! I have been getting a lot of conflicting advice about how much and when to feed my baby from various caregivers, and to be able to easily track everything in one app AND know how much she's actually drinking from me is a complete game changer. Thank you, thank you, thank you! I wish I had this from Day 1, hands down!
Doesn’t sync

Like others on here, i love this app except for one thing...syncing. My wife and I depend on seeing each others entries to know what we have done without waking each other, but this isn’t syncing. It will literally take an hour or two for me to see what she has done. She has android and i have apple. We have tried different account w same baby and same account and both are the same thing. We also cannot see the pictures the other uploads. Get this fixed and 5 star for sure!! Edit: no updates in 6 months! This tells you the care the developers put in to this app and the support they give.

Really pleased with this app! My husband, mom, and I all use it to track baby. The biggest thing I would change is on the sleep timer. I like to know how many hours per 24 hrs baby sleeps, but also how many hours at night consecutively. My complaint is that the timer does not know to start counting hours for a new day at 12am. If she goes to sleep at 8pm and sleeps through until 4am, it will add all those hours to the day before. It will not count the hours after 12am for the new day. I have to go in and split up this sleep chunk in the app which is kind of annoying

As a new mom this app is fantastic my husband and I both have it and we are able to log feedings diaper changes and weigh ins— all extremely helpful when trying to develop a schedule and or just figure out this new baby!!

Tried several similar apps... they all lack something. This one has EVERYTHING and it’s so easy to use. I recommend it to all my mommy friends.

We have a Hatch Baby scale and primarily use the app to track weigh-ins. We use Sprout Plus to track all the other things since it has more ways to track details. The one feature I would like to see in the weigh-in part of the app is to have a way to specify clothing weight. We rarely weigh our baby nude and so have to adjust the numbers afterwards. So if we could specify the weight of the clothes and diaper first and then weigh, the app could subtract the extra weight automatically. Ideally it would remember the clothing weight for the next weigh-in and in each weight entry, show what the clothing weight was. I do know I could zero out the scale first with the clothes and a diaper but it's ackward. Thanks!
Constantly freezing

The features seem to be good but the app is constantly freezing. I’ve only had the scale about 2 days and this freezing is quite annoying. I have to exit the app and go back in. Also I don’t understand why the Rest and scale need two different apps. I wish they would combine them to one suite of Hatch products.
