I like it because it is Harry Potter and has nothing to do with book if you read it. But I do not like that you have to wait 4 minuets for 1 energy it should at least be 1 Minuet for 1. Or go up a lot faster! Because I am getting bored waiting and that’s why I deleted it last time. Also I feel like you should get an option to log in with email to save your process!

What a disappointment this game has become. 5 days of playing and now it has not worked for the last 4 days. On the developer page it says fix with latest update. Well it has not as I have downloaded the latest versio.

As soon as the game downloaded I tried to open it and it sent me back to my home page on my phone, the game won’t open so I can’t play it

I lost my progress and game character after an IOS update and have written twice to Help... no answer! First time, I explained that I don't use FB or any other app to link into the game, and they never answered back... second time, have yet to even get a reply!

This could have been one of the best games ever put in the App Store. But your insistence on cheating HP fans and CHILDREN out of so much money just to move forward at a normal rate in the game is unconscionable. The moral compass of this developer is truly off.

I really enjoy this game and immersing myself in the Wizarding world. That said... - It takes too long to get each energy, the tank saves too few, and it becomes impossible to complete activities within the time frame! Especially special activities. Considering how much energy is needed for one class, and then there are classes that require study sessions first (which use more energy) it’s ridiculous to spend so much for so little. BOTTOM LINE: Make energy cheaper, require less energy, accumulate energy faster. - I’d be happy to watch ads to gain energy, gems, animal feed, coins, etc BUT: 1. ads are rarely offered, and 2. after watching for 30 seconds, the app often crashes (without giving me my earned energies!) - The story starts off pretty slow, especially because there’s no way to have enough notebooks or gems to adopt creatures and pets early on. And I never even saw the option to pursue even one Achievement activities in Year 1. - LACK of customization and diversity available for my character, and choice in friends. 1. I should be able to choose my character’s personality (maybe taking a quiz to get into a house instead of choosing it outright, like on Pottermore) 2. I would like the option to not choose or to change genders, and where are less gendered hairstyles and clothes? Why can’t a male wizard have long hair and a dress? 3. It’s frustrating that I had no choice in who my friends are. My character should be presented with several options from the beginning - not just one person of the same gender with a very defined personality - whom I’d personally never enjoy getting along with in real life... I hope my dating choices won’t be so limited... Thanks to the development team for creating and working on the game; hopefully you’ll improve these points and make it far more enjoyable!

I actually like this game but I am giving it a 1 star review to grab their attention. The energy is super bad and makes the game uninteresting. If the energy didn’t exist I would be addicted to this game but you need energy to do everything in this game. Can you please remove the energy from this game, you will get better reviews if you remove the energy.

I’m going to start off saying that this game is amazing. I love the different outfits you can get and the animals. But they don’t give you enough energy to keep going so you have to wait a while before it can recharge. Overall, it’s a really fun game.

This is an amazing game. I agree with the other comment that’s says it’s a good game but they couldn’t finish the beginning of year two. Except for me it’s.... worse? So I was so excited because Ravenclaw (my house) has won in my first year in the game. But every time I try to go to the feast, my game crashes. No matter how many times I restart my game or even the entire phone, I am sent back to the home screen. But then it got worse. Today, it took me straight to the feast, and I was so happy! But it immediately froze and then crashed. Also the energy thing is annoying. Maybe you get THREE every four mins instead of just. One. Please fix, this is my first review, so obviously this game is important enough that I would write a review. Thank you so much for this great game! Because so far I have only wrote complaints so far I should let you know this is one of my favorite games. If you are considering getting it, you DEFINITELY SHOULD!! You can customize so much on your avatar and get pets too! You can join different clubs aside from your house. You can make choices too as to how you respond to things! I love this game, hope I’m not boring you to death with this intensely loooong review!!! Ps. We can get through covid. Everything will be okay, in the end. Keep going. Know that if you read this far, you are a kind person who cares about others’ opinions. You. Yes, YOU reading this. I do not know you. But I am speaking directly to you when I say that you matter, no matter your gender, race, sexuality, anything. You are a person capable of so much.
