Customer service? What's that?!? – Harry Potter: Hogwarts Mystery Review

I lost my progress and game character after an IOS update and have written twice to Help... no answer! First time, I explained that I don't use FB or any other app to link into the game, and they never answered back... second time, have yet to even get a reply!
