This game was an amazing game!!!! It totally captured the whole Hogwarts experience! I was never bored. I like how you can duel other people and learn spells to help you. I was super excited by the dorms, pets,and befriending creatures??. I love how you can pick your own character and design it how you’d like. I find it amazing how you captured the personality of Snape and the other professors. Great job!!????

True disappointments

I opened my Harry Potter app last night only to find that I had been kicked back all the way to the beginning of the story. I have worked hard for many months and put in many hours to get to where I was yesterday.I was in my sixth year of school and level 30 something of the vaults story. I was truly hoping that this was simply a glitch that would take care of itself overnight. Unfortunately that does not compare to be the case so I will be deleting this app and never touching it again. Nor will I have anything good to say about it if I am asked. I am very frustrated and angry!

This app is filled with glitches, too many to count. Plus it’s a total cash grab app. What a horrible game. Would be playable if they’d fixe all glitches but Customer service is worse than anything I’ve ever dealt with.
They need a higher energy limit

As much as i like the game, i have to constantly watch adds to get more energy to complete things. I think they should make a higher energy limit but otherwise the game is great! It’s a great replica of the Harry Potter world.

There are so many wonderful aspects to this game that are ruined by greed. The farther you progress into the game, the harder it is to complete any of the side stories without spending money. I have no problem with a game selling special items and allowing you to speed things up, but when that is the only way to get through, it is just a scam. And just hope you don’t have a tech issue (which actually happens often) because their support takes weeks to resolve anything if they will at all. I’ll be following the footsteps of Harry and won’t be returning for my 7th year. What a waste of time.
