Not what I expected

My friend recommended this game because she thought I would be very interested in it. So I downloaded it and then, it was loading and then it just kept loading and loading and loading and I sat there for 10 minutes and it still wasn’t working. I didn’t even get to have an experience with the game. I hope this gets fixed. I’m not sure if it’s my phone or the game but if it’s the game I hope this problem is fixed as soon as possible. I’m not trying to hate on this game at all I really do think this would be a great game. I’m just giving my experience with it.

I love it it’s really cool and my family loves and when I say love I mean it they love Harry Potter and so does my friend and I think it’s really cool how you can Make it feel like your really at Hogwarts!

Overcharged me by a LOT

I was already stressed about the prices, but I can’t finish the timed side quests without help, so I bought the $11.99 special bundle and my credit card notified me I was charged $39.50! I am absolutely freaking out, my husband will be so upset with me that I lost $40 to a stupid game! It’s impossible to play unless you pay…period. I’m so sad that this game causes more stress than fun.

Bugs and glitches

I love this game but ever since the last update it has not stopped glitching. It has cost me several failed mini games in classes. I can barely play in general anymore. I hope you fix this soon because I don’t want to waste my time on a glitchy game. The screen just keeps bugging out and every time I press on things it lags so I cannot accurately see anything. It has wasted many of my energies and has left me unmotivated to start anything in the game now.

Please save this game by making 1 energy per 2 minutes, you’re game is fun to play for a short time but then every task takes more than a full energy bar to finish and will end before you even have time to get all the stars for the task. You have the potential for an amazing game but there’s an energy crisis in your game you need to fix immediately.

Addicting Game!

I love this game so much! Being a big HP fan, this game does a great job portraying the characters. However there is one downfall to this game and that is the energy. I understand you need a certain amount of energy for the tasks but it is so aggravating that sometimes you don’t even have enough to complete it than you’re waiting 4 mins for 1 energy. I find myself spending a lot of money for it:( if you guys could fix this that would be awesome. Other than that this game is so addicting and so much fun!
